Main "high-level" changes to specification document
---------------------------------------------------

- Section 3.1 - "Overview", re-written to reflect changes in preliminary key use in principle key derivation.

- Section 3.5.16 - "The Pair Block Principle Key Extraction", re-written to reflect the changes to the principle key derivation.

- Section 3.5.17 - "The Single Block Principle Key Extraction", rw-written to reflect the changes to the principle key derivation.

- Section 3.5.19 - "The x2 Round Key Extract Function", change to notation used to reference the principle key quadrants as the original notation was slightly ambiguous, c.f. definition of compression function.

- Section 5.2 - "NIST Reference Platform", replace timing/performance results table as it had to be recalculated to relfect the changes in key processing.
