Changing the identification didn't work, but the problem happened to be within the ~/.opera/browser.js file, which was trying to modify Gmail scripts. Tools -> Advanced -> Error console told me something like "Gmail deletes messages on pressing the End key". So I've just deleted the file and it helped. I'm using Opera 9.60 in Linux, but maybe this would also work in your OS and version. PS: you have an error in this form, "This reCAPTCHA key isn't authorized for the given domain."
